Winey Blonde Event Co. is locally owned and operated by Karen Gramlich. Winey Blonde is named after Karen's grandmother, Mary Jane "Winey" Shober.

Karen Gramlich

Karen is the owner of Winey Blonde Events Co. Since her start in 2010, she has coordinated 300+ weddings in Atlanta's most prestigious wedding venues, as well as destination weddings in Hawaii.

"I believe that the memories we create and share with the ones we love are the most important. I believe in being swept off your feet when you meet that special someone and having your wedding deliver that same kind of feeling. Wedding and event planning is something I have always been passionate about." 



Brina has six years of experience in event planning and more than two years of experience in wedding coordinating. Her interest in weddings began while serving as her best friend's, and later her sister's, Maid of Honor. 
Brina's professional experience includes communications, public relations, social media management, marketing and fundraising programs and special event coordination for non-profit organizations based in Atlanta.
"It's an honor to be a part of the Winey Blonde Events Co. WBE is dedicated to making each bride's dreams for her wedding day a reality. There's nothing quite like the look on a bride's face when she's surrounded by the people she loves while promising herself to the love of her life. It's those moments that make me grateful to be a part of planning her wedding day!"


Ashley discovered her passion for event planning in college.  During that time she planned various types of events ranging from birthday parties and social gatherings to exclusive formal events. She has a keen eye for detail and constantly stays up to date with the latest trends and styles. 

Ashley has sharpened her skills and expertise while working in the merchandising and consumer relationship industry. She assisted with the coordination of multiple conference events and has also created an array of eye catching visual displays. She has recently worked with planning and organizing events in and around the Kennesaw area while heavily involved on the Marketing team developing and implementing marketing and community based programs.  Ashley organized her own wedding September of 2014, where she tapped into her desire for arranging once in a life time experiences.

Elizabeth has always had a passion for planning events; whether it be a birthday party, baby shower, or just a girls night. She found her passion for event planning when she planned her wedding in 2014.  Throughout the process she fell more and more in love with each planning step and knew this was something she wanted to make into a career. 
Elizabeth has a background in family development and has planned formal events for non-profits and hospitals. Through her former planning experiences she has gained the necessary knowledge and skill set to make your event go seamlessly.

Alyssa Causey

Alyssa started in the wedding industry when she was just 16. It started as just a way to get out of the house one summer, but quickly became something she really enjoyed. She continued finding seasonal and part time work with different venues and catering companies while in college. After three years in the wrong field, Alyssa changed her major to the hospitality field. During this time, Alyssa began planning weddings and event for friends. She fell in love with the job and is now planning weddings full time.


Blair Bondurant

Blair has always admired weddings and events. She would often help her mother, a florist, with weddings. Growing up in the floral business has helped Blair cultivate a strong eye for detail. 

"Joining this team has been such a pleasure. All the planners are incredible and work hard to make each wedding perfect. It's a dream come true to be part of such a wonderful experience. I love being able to take part and make a brides day go as smoothly as possible." 

Erin Foster

Erin's experience began in college while she coordinated and planned multiple formal and philanthropic events. She has a wide range of customer service experience, which has allowed her to be quick on her feet and react in any situation. Her attention to detail allows her to focus and perfect any vision. She believes everyone should have their ideal wedding.

Brittany grew up around parties constantly being thrown by her mom, her church and school. After years of getting excited for any excuse to plan or help with one herself she knew this was what she wanted to do as a career. She’s thrown events for her friends and family, holiday parties, and loves to help with décor and all the small details that come together throughout the planning process. Brittany values herself in being detail oriented, personable and making sure her bride and groom are taken care of and having a good time! Wedding planning has been so rewarding; it’s so much fun to see all of our bride’s different styles and to watch their visions come to life.
